OVERVIEW
PTA-8500C is a new member of the 8500 series, mainly used for social security card personalization, which integrates highly stable contact and contactless IC perso mechanism that has been extensively verified by the market for more than 10 years. It is equipped with larger number of contact and contactless IC perso stations within the industry currently and also equipped with verification module for both internal and external information of the card to reduce manpower input and provide highly stable capacity output for large-capacity social security card.

CONFIGURATIONS

• Input/Output Module
1. Equipped with two removable magazines with maximum capacity of 500 pcs for each.
2. The magazines can be switched automatically.

• OCR Checking Module

Recognize the surface information on the card to obtain personalized data from the database before personalization.

• Contact IC Perso Module
1. Personalization for the standard social security card can be realized.
2. 32 contact IC perso stations for standard configuration, and up to 64 perso stations can be expanded.

• Contactless IC Perso Module

1. Personalization for the standard social security card can be realized.
2. 16 contactless IC perso stations for standard configuration, and up to 64 perso stations can be expanded.

• Magnetic Encoding Module

1. Industrial-grade magnetic encoding machine that has been verified by the market is integrated.
2. Magnetic stripe encoding and verification can be realized.

•  IC Verification Module
1. 1 Contact IC data verification module to verify the personalized contact IC data.
2. 1 Contactless IC data verification module to verify the personalized contactless IC data.

•  OCR Verification Module
Identify the surface information of the cad to verify the accuracy of the external information after personalization.
